How MindBody/TMS coaching works

1:1 MindBody/TMS coaching helps you uncover the behaviours and stressors that may be causing or contributing to your physical pain.

What to expect:

  • Coaching provides for you a safe space where you can openly share your experiences. You can talk about your pain, your lifestyle, and the different pressures you’re facing—whether it’s workplace or relationship stress, major life event turmoil or an uncomfortable change in circumstance.

  • Through coaching, you’ll start exploring the mind-body connection—how your emotions, thoughts, and even unacknowledged stress might be impacting your physical body. It's about recognising the factors that may cause you to push through stress without processing it fully.

  • We’ll work together to identify any underlying triggers, such as perfectionism, people-pleasing, or repressed anger. For an outdoorsy life-juggler, this might mean dealing with the pressure of always needing to “keep going,” or the disappointment that pain is limiting your adventures.

  • The coaching process provides you with practical, achievable tools like expressive writing, mindfulness techniques, or somatic (body-based) awareness exercises. These practices help you release emotional tension and reconnect with your body’s natural healing ability—so you can get back to the activities you love.

  • A key part of coaching is learning to shift your mindset from seeing your body as fragile or broken to trusting in its resilience. It’s not about pushing harder but about gently allowing yourself to slow down, acknowledge emotions, and work through them without judgment.

  • You won’t be going through this journey alone. As your coach I’m here to support you as you face your fears and frustrations around pain, and encouraging you to gradually get back to the things that bring you joy—whether that’s hiking, or simply walking your dog without pain.

  • Step 1

    Schedule Your Coaching Session

Following our FREE 20 minute chat I’ll invite you to book your first session. You’ll receive an intake form which will be the foundation for the work we do together. We’ll then explore the mind-body connection behind your symptoms and outline your path to healing

  • Step 2

    Personalised Treatment

Each session is tailored to you. We will work at your pace, cover any challenges and developments and I’ll guide you through the process of addressing symptoms from a MindBody perspective. At each stage I will give you practical tools and exercises to help you start shifting your pain patterns.

  • Step 3

    Ongoing Support on Your Journey

I’m here to support you. After each session I’ll prepare a personalised feedback email with guidance and action steps as needed to keep you moving forward with confidence.

** Note: Further email support between sessions is available with my 3 session package

  • Trisha has had quite a job on her hands with me! I have been living with chronic pain for 14 years.

    — Hollie, Holistic Business Coach & Speaker UK
    Fibromyalgia

  • In our very first session, I felt an immediate change in my mindset. Not just relating to my pain, but looking forward and having hope for the future again. It was so reassuring to have someone understand completely what I am going through, and to be able to have a path forward for me, that doesn’t rely on medication. Someone who aligns fully with my holistic mindbody approach to life, and can directly relate it to chronic pain.

Trisha has helped enormously with my mindset around my pain. I was struggling mentally and emotionally when we first started working together, but she has been there to lift me each session (and in between when needed), by getting me to re-frame, re-focus and take accountability for my own healing. This has been a huge outcome for me.

  • I felt safe with Trisha from our first session.

    — Adrian, Occupational Health & Safety Manager, Melbourne Australia
    Chronic Migraines

  • Her feedback included additional insights and questions to work on for the next session which helped keep me inspired to continue to work on positive changes. The main benefits I gained were the many new perspectives that I hadn’t considered and her insightful questions which challenged my thoughts, beliefs, habits and behaviours relating to my chronic pain.

Every session felt like a deeper exploration and unravelling process. Trisha intuitively, patiently, and safely allowed space for me to share my thoughts. It’s been a lovely journey at the right pace for me.

Let’s recap...

✔︎ You've been checked out by your physician and ruled out anything serious, for example - cancer, structural disease, injury, autoimmune condition, tumour.

✔︎ You’ve tried multiple treatments and nothing is making a difference.

✔︎ You’re open to the idea that stress or emotional load is contributing to the pain.

✔︎ You want to get back to doing what you love without the burden of pain

All of the above?
